Visitors are welcome to all of our main meetings. Please email us if you require any further details (see the map page to find out how to get to us). If you are not sure which meeting to attend, we suggest you try the Sunday 11am meeting, or alternatively the Sunday 6.30pm meeting.
Sundays
10am Prayer Meeting or Communion (for born-again Christians, first Sunday in month)
11am Morning Meeting – this meeting lasts for about an hour and a quarter, and consists of singing, praying and listening to the Bible being explained. We sing a mixture of old and new hymns, songs and psalms, accompanied on the piano or guitar. There is a creche available. Before the talk from the Bible, the children usually leave for their Sunday School activities.
Church Lunch – this free lunch takes place for the whole church (including visitors) usually on the second Sunday of the month, though it may vary from time to time.
5.30 pm (approx) Prayer Meeting
6.30pm Evening Meeting – our second main meeting on a Sunday lasts for about an hour and is very similar to the morning meeting, but without special activities for the children.
8pm (approx.) Communion (third Sunday in month) – for born-again Christians
Wednesdays
7.30 for 7.45pm Mid-Week Meeting (held in the Gates Room)- informal meeting consisting of teaching, discussion, singing and prayer. Please use the side door in Viaduct Road (next to the Fire Station and to the left of the main glass door), the Gates Room is at the end of the corridor.
